A. Library Information and Policies:
- The Library is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- No School ID. No entry.
- Deposit your bag and umbrella with your ID at the counter.
- Sign up the logbook according to your year level.
- Sign up the book card before using the book and leave the book card and library card to the librarian.
- Reserve book is not for take out.
- Reference book is good only for overnight. Beyond the time agreed a fine of P2.00/hour is to be imposed to the borrower.
- No student is allowed to stay inside the library for the purpose of chatting, use of mirror and other activities that do not pertain to library work.
- For home reading books, a fine of P 5.00/hour is imposed if the borrower/student failed to return/renew the book after the due date.
- Littering is strictly prohibited inside the library. A fine is to be imposed depending on the bulk, kind and weight of the trash that is left in the library.
- Strictly no eating, drinking and smoking is to be observed.
- Observe silence at all times.
- Deadly pointed, bladed weapons are not allowed inside the library.
- Vandalism is not allowed.
- Violation of these policies means forfeiture to the use of the library and its facilities.

1. Quezon City High School recognizes the need of its students, teachers and employees to have access to the Internet while on the job, using school computers. As such, QCHS has made the decision to make the Internet available to all students, teachers and employees for QCHS academic purposes.
2. Quezon City High School intends for the Internet to be accessed for academic purposes and expects that students, teachers and employees will spend no more than 5 minutes per day accessing the Internet for non-academic purposes.
3. Quezon City High school specifically prohibits its students, teachers, employees from accessing the following types of sites using school computers:
· a. Gaming sites
· b. Social networking sites
· c. Peer to Peer sites
· d. Proxy sites
· e. Gambling sites
· f. Auction sites
· g. Hate sites
· h. Pornographic sites
· i. Any site engaging in or encouraging illegal activity
4. The school reserves the right to use monitoring software to make sure the school’s AUP is being adhered to by its students, teachers and employees. The school may record and/or monitor one or more students, teachers and employees’ computer and Internet activity for any reason and without any specific notice.
5. By reading and using the e-library:
a. You agree that you have had the opportunity to review this agreement and ask any questions regarding this document.

c. You agree that you will be subject to disciplinary measures, including possible suspension/ termination, if you violate the AUP.
